Returns : If for any reason you are not happy with your item, simply return it in the original packaging within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Damages : Any damages incurred due to shipping mishandling needs to have claims filed with the Post Office. We package items well and mark the box fragile if needed. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item in a courteous and professional matter so we may reach a mutually agreeable solution before leaving a negative feed. We mostly sell antiques, pre-owned clothing and accessories, and custom handmade items. Everything is used with the exception of the handmade items and they will not be like new.
